TACIS is a program developed by the European Union for the New Independent States and Mongolia to assist the development of harmonious and strong economic links between European Union and these partner States. The aim of the Program is to support the partner States’ efforts in establishment of societies based on political liberty and economic prosperity. For this purpose, TACIS provides grants for transfer of know-how, that supports the transition to the democratic society and market economy.

Financing Innovation Programme is a part of EC Innovation Programme, managed by DGXIII/D, developed to stimulate the exploitation of R&D results and to form favourable environment for innovations financing, adaptation and dissemination of technologies.
