The 2010 European Membrane Society (EMS) Summer School will be organized in Bucharest (Romania) during 4 days between 14-18 June 2010 at University Politehnica of Bucharest, followed by a one day trip on 19 June 2010.

 

The aim of this summer school is to explore how the functionality of membrane materials could be explored through molecular/ supramolecular/ biomolecular information or how the structural behaviour of the membrane could be tuned by varying the operation (technological) conditions. Thus the topic will be horizontal going from materials to processes and it might be highly appreciated by a great number of students exchanging their experience under an interdisciplinary environment during these days.

In this context, it will be very useful to promote this EMS 2010 event which might be an excellent opportunity for many students in your group/entreprise.

The registrations details are detailed on the web site (Registration form - deadline is 30 April 2010). EMS is also proposing to organize the poster and oral presentation sessions for students and also to publish their papers in a Proceedings volume (Instructions for paper preparation, deadline is 25 March 2010).
