The Russian Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (www.fasie.ru ) and Tekes – the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (www.tekes.fi )announce the Call for joint innovation projects for Russian and Finnish SMEs.The proposals should include development of new products and technologies (in any sector) and demonstrate the innovation aspects and commercialisation potential.
A consortium must include at least two partners: one Russian small innovative company and one Finnish SME. Other organisations like Universities or R&D institutes are eligible only as subcontractors, additionally to the basic consortium.
The Call is open from 18 March 2011 till 10 May 2011.
Eligible duration of projects: 18-24 months.
Cost of projects: Tekes will reimburse 50nedeed_percents of project costs to Finnish companies, max. 200 000 Eu. FASIE will reimburse 50nedeed_percents of project costs to Russian companies, max. 6 mln. Rb. The terms of funding in each country are subject to respective national procedures.
