On June 17-18, 2013, Mr. Antonio Tajani, Vice-President of the European Commission, will lead the Mission for Growth to the Russian Federation, accompanied by a delegation of European entrepreneurs. The Mission aims at supporting in particular European small and medium sized enterprises ready to operate and to do business in Russia.

Consortium Gate2RuBIN (Enterprise Europe Network – Russia): Russian Union of Innovation Technology Centers, Russian Technology Transfer Network, Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business Support - is one of the organizers of Mr. Tajani’s visit to Russia and thus participates directly in organization of B2B meetings of Russian and EU companies where they would be able to present their cooperation projects and to negotiate with potential business partners.

B2B meetings will be conducted on the basis of the annual Moscow Forum «Russia - Europe: Cooperation without Frontiers» organized by Moscow Entrepreneurs Association during June 17 – 18, 2013 in Moscow. Apart from the B2B meetings (June 18, 2013) the Forum includes a plenary session and three round tables. Step 1:

EACI recommends all EU companies to express interest on the official Mission for Growth to Russia web page: http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/initiatives/mission-growth/missions-for-growth/antonio-tajani/europe/russia/index_en.htm . Deadline – April 30, 2013. Companies, selected for official Mission for Growth delegation will receive a confirmation in the first days of May.

Please, keep in mind that expression of interest on the official Mission for Growth webpage not means automatic registration on B2B Matchmaking event! To register on the B2B Matchmaking event you should go to Step 2! Of course, EU companies (including whose would not be selected for official Mission for Growth delegation or who intend participate independently) can register on the B2B Matchmaking event website (Step 2) directly at any time.

Step 2:

B2B Matchmaking event online registration form is available on the event website: http://www.regionomica-moscow.ru/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=76&catid=40&Itemid=253&lang=en. Registration has two stages – first, you should register as Forum participant and after that you should register as B2B Matchmaking participant. Please, following to instructions on the registration page.

Deadline for registration – June, 10, 2013. Earlier registration is highly recommended, it provides more time for other participants to see your profile and express interest for meeting with you.
